Sour Cream Crescent Rolls
Sour Cream Crescent Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scald sour cream.
Stir in sugar, salt and melted butter. Cool until lukewarm.
Measure warm water into large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir.
Add lukewarm sour cream mixture, eggs and flour.
Mix until well blended.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
(This is very important.)
Next day, turn out dough onto a lightly floured board.
Divide into 4 parts.
Roll each part into a 10-inch circle.
Cut each circle into 12 wedge-shaped pieces.
Roll each piece up from wide end and place on greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes or until browned.
If desired, brush with butter when removed from oven.
