Snow Peak Frosting
Snow Peak Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 2 egg whites, dash of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In small saucepan over medium heat, heat corn syrup until boiling.
Remove from heat.
In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy.
Add salt; continue beating just until soft peaks form.
Slowly pour in hot syrup, continuing to beat for 6 to 8 minutes until frosting is fluffy and forms peaks when beater is raised.
Beat in vanilla.
