Shrimp and Rice Casserole
Shrimp And Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. medium shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green onion and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add celery and onion.
Cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
Stir in rice, milk, soup (undiluted), water chestnuts, mayonnaise, parsley and salt and pepper (to taste).
