Sherried Sweet Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes in boiling water with salt just until tender; drain.
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Blend in orange peel and orange juice; add raisins.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more, add butter, sherry and walnuts.
Stir until butter melts.
Pour over potatoes; bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
