Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms
Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium-sized mushrooms, rinsed and dried, 8 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 1 c. white crab meat, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and 6 tbsp. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely; aside.
Mushroom caps with 7 tablespoons melted butter; arrange on lightly greased baking pan. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients except 1 tablespoon butter and
2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Fill each cap with of the mixture.
Combine reserved butter and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 15 to 20 mushroom caps.
