Seafood Stew
Seafood Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets, 8 clams in shells, 2 c. fish stock (see recipe under soup) and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Partially thaw crab and fish.
Remove skin from fish fillets; cut fillets into 1 inch pieces.
Thoroughly wash clams. Cover clams with salted water using 3 tablespoons salt to 8 cups cold water.
Stand 15 minutes; rinse.
Repeat twice.
