Seafood Salad
Seafood Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. sea scallops, 1 lb. cooked shrimp, 1 lb. snow crabs, 2 green peppers, julienned and 2 red peppers, julienned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine wine, clam juice, thyme and water; bring to a boil. Add scallops to boiling liquid; cook until scallops are firm. Drain scallops and cool.
When scallops have cooled, mix with shrimp and crabmeat.
Add peppers, onion, cilantro, dill, juice of 2 lemons and vinaigrette.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve cold.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
