Scallop Chowder
Scallop Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 1 leaf celery, diced, 2 onions, diced, 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, washed and diced finely and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute celery and onions slowly in melted butter until onions are transparent.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, Sauterne wine and water.
Bring to boil, then add imitation seafood.
Bring back to boil and then cut heat; simmer until potatoes are soft.
Heat whipping cream to a rolling boil in a separate pan.
Add to chowder and add parsley.
