Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. ground, cooked ham (1/2 lb.), 1 clove garlic, mashed, 1/3 c. flour and 1/2 c. chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain and cut sauerkraut.
Brown onion lightly in butter.
Add ham and brown.
Add garlic and flour; stir in bouillon, sauerkraut and parsley.
Cook until thick.
Spread in pan and chill for 2 hours.
Make into walnut size balls.
Dip in flour; then in mixture of egg and milk beaten together.
Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
Drain on paper towels.
Yields about 50.
