Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1/2 medium minced onion, 1 pt. sauerkraut, drained, 4 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 tsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage with onion; break up chunks of meat.
Remove from heat; add drained sauerkraut, cream cheese, mustard, egg, flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Chill; form into 1-inch balls. Flour balls; dip in egg wash. Cover with bread crumbs; chill. Deep fry in hot oil.
Brown and float in oil.
If you don't want to deep fry, brown in oven for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
