Salmon Soufflé
Salmon Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. butter (oil casserole), 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk or stock and 1 tsp. onion juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put butter into saucepan and add flour.
Add 1 cup of milk or stock, stirring constantly to prevent lumping.
When starch granulars are cooked, remove from fire and add Worcestershire sauce, pepper and grated onion juice.
Separate eggs and add yolks to cream sauce.
Flake salmon; add to sauce and egg yolk mixture.
Beat egg whites; fold the salmon mixture into the egg whites.
Turn into a buttered casserole.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
