Ranch-Style Frijoles
Ranch-Style Frijoles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. each: diced onion and seeded and chopped mild green chili, 1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil, 3/4 c. drained canned italian tomatoes with liquid, seeded and diced (reserve liquid), 6 oz. rinsed and drained canned pinto beans and 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In casserole, combine onion, chili pepper and oil; stir. Microwave on High 1 minute.
Add tomatoes with liquid, beans, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
Microwave on High 3 minutes.
Serve with 3 tortilla wedges.
