Raclette-Style Cheese
Raclette-Style Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shredded process gruyere or process swiss cheese (6 oz.), 1 c. shredded gouda cheese (4 oz.), 1 tbsp. snipped fresh oregano or basil (or 1 tsp. dried oregano or basil, crushed), 2 tsp. dijon-style mustard and 1 tsp. white wine worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a small mixing bowl or food processor bowl combine cheeses; let stand to soften.
Add snipped oregano, mustard, white wine, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Beat with an electric mixer on low speed or cover food processor bowl and process until well combined.
(Mixture will be crumbly.)
Form mixture into a ball.
Shape into a 4 1/2-inch round about 1 inch high.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap and chill several hours or overnight
