Puffy Omelet
Puffy Omelet is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 4 tbsp. hot water, 1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add hot water, salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Cut and fold the whites into the yolks until mixture is well blended.
Butter the sides and bottom of your pan.
Spoon the omelet mixture into the pan evenly.
When well puffed and brown, put the pan in a 375Β° oven to finish cooking the top.
May sprinkle with grated cheese.
