Potatoes in Dill Sauce
Potatoes In Dill Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 potatoes, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 to 1 c. half and half or whipping cream, fresh chopped dill and black pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Peel potatoes and cut in medium size pieces.
Cook in just enough salted boiling water to cover.
When potatoes are almost cooked, add flour which has been dissolved in half and half or cream.
Cook to thicken sauce, stirring occasionally.
Add dill. If sauce is too thick, add additional cream and continue to stir until desired consistency.
May add pepper to taste, if desired.
