Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel, slice or cube potatoes.
Cover with water and cook 20 or 30 minutes.
Do not drain.
Make a white sauce by melting margarine and slowly mixing in flour and salt and cooking over low heat, stirring constantly.
Slowly add milk and onion soup and stir until sauce is lump free.
Pour over potatoes.
Let simmer until soup tastes like you want it.
If thicker than you like it, add a little more milk.
