Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. frozen southern style potatoes, 1 1/4 c. chicken broth, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a 2-quart saucepan, mix potatoes and broth.
Heat to boiling; cover and turn heat to low and cook gently 2 to 3 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Mix cornstarch with a little of the milk, blending until smooth.
Combine with remaining milk and salt; stir into potato mixture.
Heat to boiling, stirring until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and add cheese, parsley and butter.
Add vegetables and meat.
