Pork Tenderloins
Pork Tenderloins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tenderloins (approximately 2 lb.), 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, 1 tsp. thyme, crushed and 1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brush tenderloins with butter, garlic and spices; place in shallow roaster on rack.
Bake in preheated 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Spread jam mixed with bourbon or brandy on tenderloins; bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or 160° on meat thermometer. Thicken juices slightly; serve over sliced meat.
