Brush tenderloins with butter, garlic and spices; place in shallow roaster on rack.

Bake in preheated 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Spread jam mixed with bourbon or brandy on tenderloins; bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or 160° on meat thermometer. Thicken juices slightly; serve over sliced meat.
