Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 garlic cloves, pressed, 2 tbsp. parsley, 1 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard, 2 to 4 strips bacon and 1/4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix garlic, parsley and mustard into a paste.
Place both tenderloins together and cover with the paste.
Wrap tenderloins with bacon strips and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
Bake at 420° for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 170°. Deglaze pan with wine and broth and use as a sauce.
Slice and serve.
