Pollo Alla Parmigiana(Chicken Parmesan)
Pollo Alla Parmigiana(Chicken Parmesan) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. roasting chicken (i use chicken breasts), 1 egg, 2 tbsp. water, 1/2 c. flour and 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wash chicken pieces.
Beat egg and water in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano.
Dip chicken in egg, then in flour and cheese mixture.
Put chicken in a 2 1/2-quart casserole and pour melted butter over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β° for 45 minutes, brushing occasionally with butter.
Before serving, sprinkle with remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
