Pineapple Bread
Pineapple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with pineapple, mixing well.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Yields 1 loaf.
