Pepper Jelly
A fiery-sweet pepper jelly with hot and bell peppers cooked into a tart, lemony gel. Spoon over cream cheese with crackers for an iconic Southern starter.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Remove seed and vein from peppers and chop fine in blender. Mix all ingredients except pectin and coloring.
Cook on low heat 45 minutes, then bring to a rolling boil.
Remove from stove and let stand 5 minutes.
Add pectin and coloring.
Pour into jelly jars and let cool to gel.
