Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cornstarch, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. scalded milk and 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Stir in milk slowly; cook over boiling water until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir small amount of milk mixture into egg yolks, stir back into milk mixture.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Mix confectioners sugar and peanut butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle 2/3 mixture in pie crust.
Add the rest of peanut butter mixture to filling and pour into pie crust.
Cover with meringue and brown in oven at 325Β°.
