Peach Crisp
Peach Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 9 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced, 1 c. flour, sifted, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place peaches in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sift the flour with sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse corn meal (a pastry blender works best). Arrange evenly over peaches. Bake at 375Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or cream. (Apples also work well in place of the peaches.)
