Pasta with Spinach Alfredo Sauce
Pasta With Spinach Alfredo Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. half and half, 1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1 lb. bag frozen spinach (green giant is best) and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In small saucepan, place butter and cream to boil. Simmer 1 minute and reduce to low to thicken slightly. In separate pan, bring water to a boil and follow pasta package instructions. Drain when finished. In another saucepan, boil small amount of water; boil spinach a few minutes and drain very well, squeezing out excess water. In same pan, rinse and dry, then add olive oil and chopped garlic. Saute briefly, then add drained spinach and mix well.
