Pasta Primavera(Italian)
Pasta Primavera(Italian) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. broccoli, sliced thin, 2 (1 1/2 c.) medium fresh carrots, sliced thin and 3/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain and keep warm.
In a large skillet/wok, melt butter.
Add broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic and basil.
Saute 6 to 7 minutes. Add mushrooms.
Cook 2 minutes. Add pea pods and cook 2 minutes longer or until all vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve vegetables over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
