Pasta Bolognese
Pasta Bolognese is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 large onion, 2 stalks celery and 1 carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef in 1 tablespoon oil until meat is done. Transfer to a pan.
Peel and chop onion; dice celery and carrot. Chop ham into small pieces.
Saute in remaining oil with onion, celery and carrot.
Add to ground meat.
Add water, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme; cover and cook about 20 minutes. Add chicken broth; cook a few minutes more.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
Serve immediately with sauce.
