Pasta Basilica
Pasta Basilica is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cloves garlic, minced, 6 italian tomatoes, seeded, peeled and quartered or 1 (16 oz.) can italian tomatoes, 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped coarsely, 1/4 to 1/2 c. wine (red or white) and 6 to 9 oz. fresh pasta (linguine or angel hair), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute garlic and tomato in olive oil over medium heat unti tender.
Add wine and simmer until reduced slightly (5 to 10 minutes).
Add basil; stir and remove from heat.
Spoon over cooked pasta, then sprinkle cheese on top to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
