Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. toasted bread crumbs, 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 pt. oysters, 1/2 c. whipping cream and 2 tsp. dry sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine bread crumbs and butter, stirring until well coated. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crumbs in a greased 9-inch baking dish. Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Spoon half the oysters over crumbs. Repeat layers. Combine whipping cream, reserved oyster liquid, sherry and seasonings.
Stir well.
Pour over oysters and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
