Oven-Fried Chicken
Oven-Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, 1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley, 1 clove garlic, minced, dash of red pepper and 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and parsley; set aside.
In another small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Brush chicken with yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375Β° oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
