Oregon Clam Chowder
Oregon Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bacon, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 pt. fresh clams with liquid or 2 (7 oz. each) cans minced or whole clams, 2 c. diced raw potatoes and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute bacon and onion in large kettle.
Drain seafood; add liquid, potatoes and water to onion and bacon.
Cook until potatoes are tender, 10 minutes.
Just before serving, add seafood, milk, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
