Old-Fashioned Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Drain oysters, reserving liquid.
Remove any shell fragments from oysters.
Combine eggs, Worcestershire sauce and reserved liquid.
Add oysters; set aside.
Heat milk to which butter, salt, celery salt and pepper have been added.
When butter has melted, gradually add oyster mixture.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until oysters curl.
Mixture should never boil or it will curdle.
Correct seasonings.
Serve with oysterette crackers.
