Made with 3/4 c. cooked, boned, skinless chicken breast meat, diced, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges canned in juice, drained, 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts, 4 tbsp. chopped green onion and 1/4 c. chopped red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In mixing bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup orange segments, water chestnuts, 2 tablespoons green onion and red pepper.
Next, combine yogurt, banana, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger and white pepper in blender.
