Combine flour, baking powder, salt and dry milk powder. Add enough warm water to form dough.
Knead until dough is soft but not sticky.
Let stand covered for 2 hours. Shape into 2 inch balls. Flatten into 8 inch circles.
Heat 1/2 inch oil in large frying pan.
Fry dough until brown. Turn over and brown the other side.
The thinner the circles, the crisper the fry bread.
