Mushroom Soup
Mushroom Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 3/4 c. green onions, sliced, 1 1/2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour and 2 c. skimmed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Coat Dutch oven with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add mushrooms and onions, saute until tender.
Stir in margarine and flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk and stir until blended.
Stir in bouillon, water, garlic powder, parsley and bay leaf.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove bay leaf and serve.
