Moussaka with Eggplant

Brown hamburg in oil.
Add onion, salt and pepper.
Brown eggplants in oleo after peeling, slicing and salting (let set about 5 minutes).
Cover bottom of roasting pan with tomato sauce and a layer of eggplant, followed by hamburg, then crumbled cheese.
Cover with tomato sauce.
Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with tomato sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
