Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. mashed potatoes, 1 pkg. yeast and 1/2 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar, salt and potatoes in a bowl.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Melt butter and margarine in milk over low heat and add to sugar mixture.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast and half of flour. Beat eggs and add to remaining flour.
Combine the two mixtures and mix well.
Let rise 1 hour.
Stir down and place in refrigerator.
When ready to bake, melt more butter and dip small, elongated rolls of dough in it.
Place rolls of dough in well-buttered ring mold, making only two layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
When serving, tear off bread with fingers instead of cutting.
Serves 8 to 10.
