Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 1 can milk, salt, garlic and pepper to taste and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease.
Add spices.
Mix soup, milk and chilies until very warm.
Butter a 3-quart casserole and arrange 2 of the tortillas inside to cover most of the area.
Spoon in half of the hamburger, then pour half the soup mixture on top and top with desired amount of grated cheese. Place third tortilla on top of the cheese, then the rest of the hamburger, soup mix and top with plenty of cheese.
Cover and bake at 400Β° for at least 45 minutes.
Uncover, turn off oven and leave in oven for an additional 10 minutes to brown cheese.
