Mexican Bahita's
Mexican Bahita'S is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef, chicken or pork, boned, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. cumin and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Slice meat across grain 1/8 inch thick.
Marinate in mixture of garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes.
Stir-fry meat in oil in hot skillet until done.
The last couple of minutes add the onion and pepper. When meat is done and onion and pepper are of desired tenderness, wrap in tortillas.
Place cheese over the top and bake in 400Β° oven until melted.
Garnish with lettuce, green onion tops, tomatoes or salsa.
