Low Calorie Yogurt Fluff is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with c. boiling water, small pkg. sugar-free gelatin (any flavor), c. cold water, ice cubes and (8 oz.) container plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pour boiling water into blender container.
Add gelatin; blend at low speed until dissolved, about 1 minute.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin; stir until ice is almost melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
Chill in dessert glasses for 1 hour, or until set.
Makes 5 servings.
