Linguine with Clam Sauce
Linguine With Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. linguine or spaghetti, 1/3 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. parsley and 1 1/2 c. drained and minced clams (2 doz. fresh or 2 cans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oil in heavy saucepan and add garlic and parsley; cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add clam juice, clams, salt and pepper and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter.
Stir until butter is melted. Serve at once over hot, cooked pasta.
Especially delicious when served with garlic bread!
