Layered Beef Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°. Saute ground beef, onions and green pepper until beef is browned.
Add salt and mix well.
Place sliced potato in bottom of 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

Bake for 2 hours.
