Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage or ground beef, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. basil and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat, slowly and drain off excess grease.
Add garlic, (1 Tbsp.) parsley, basil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered until thickened - about 45 minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender (10 -12 minutes).
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Combine eggs, pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
Spoon 1/2 noodles into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Spoon 1/2 of egg mixture over noodles.
Layer 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese slices over mixture.
Spread 1/2 of meat mixture over cheese.
Repeat layers once.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
