Laingos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 400 gr flour, 30 gr yeast, 2 potatoes, riced and cooked, 1 tbsp. oil and 5 gr. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Let yeast, pinch of sugar and milk rise.

In the middle of flour, put riced potatoes, yeast mixture, oil and salt.

Make a soft dough until smooth.

Sprinkle with flour; cover with clean dish towel.

Let rise about 1 hour (double in size).

Heat frying oil or lard.

Flatten dough pieces (size of hand), about 1/2-inch thick.

Put in hot oil and cover with lid.

Bake on one side. Take lid off and bake golden brown on other side.

Serve hot with minced garlic and salt or sugar or use your own ideas!
