Kaedjere(India) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot drained boiled white rice, 2 tbsp. minced green pepper, whites of 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced, 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked and 1/2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lightly toss all ingredients together with a fork except for the curry sauce.
Blend it in gently at the last.
Pour into buttered 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with sieved yolks of 2 hard-cooked eggs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Just before serving, dribble melted butter over top.
Sprinkle with split salted almonds.
