Jeff's Baby Back Ribs
Jeff'S Baby Back Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. pork baby back ribs, 1 1/2 c. open pit barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp. honey, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard and 10 drops hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Remove back membrane.
Bake ribs in covered cake pan with 1/2 cup water for 1 1/4 hours at 325Β°.
(If ribs are fatty, boil first for 20 minutes, then bake, covered, for 45 minutes.)
Drain and chill.
Make sauce with rest of the ingredients.
Place ribs on covered outdoor grill on low fire.
Heat both sides 5 minutes, then add sauce.
Cook 10 minutes on each side, until slightly browned and crispy.
