Italian Stuffed Meat Loaf (Braciuola)
Italian Stuffed Meat Loaf (Braciuola) is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, basil and ground round in large bowl.
Mix well.
Divide into 2 equal portions.
Cut two 12 x 12-inch squares of foil.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Pat out each half of meat mixture on foil to 9 x 12-inch rectangle.
Arrange ham slices on top.
Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Using foil as aid, roll up jelly roll fashion.
Starting from long side, seal edges and ends.
Place on greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 50 minutes.
