Trim fat from pork chops.
Place chops in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Combine lime juice and next 3 ingredients.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours, turning pork chops occasionally.
Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add pork chops, reserving marinade.
Brown meat 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Add marinade.
Cover and cook 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning once.
