Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, well beaten, 1/4 c. milk, 2 tsp. shortening, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. flour (or enough to make stiff dough), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Roll out like pie crust, cover with flour and double back one half over the other.
Press again with a rolling pin, again cover top of dough with flour.
Start at one end and roll dough into a roll.
Slice from end of roll in very thin slices.
Drop into boiling broth.
Do not stir, just pull apart.
Do not cover.
Boil 5 minutes.
