Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 1/4 tsp. salt, dash of cayenne pepper, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add salt and pepper.
Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter, a little at a time, beating constantly.
Slowly add the rest of the butter alternately with lemon juice.
If made the day before, chill until serving time.
Stir until softened over lukewarm (not hot) water.
